Camera Translator OCR

Camera Translator is a camera-first iOS utility for understanding menus, labels, documents, and other real-world text without typing or creating an account. I reduced the experience to pointing, capturing, and reading translated overlays in their original context. OCR success appears before the paywall, giving users proof before payment, while language detection and offline model requirements are communicated honestly. Permission, capture, download, translation, save, and exit states were designed as one coherent flow, balancing fast activation with privacy, technical constraints, and production readiness.
