Fusion Vision — Card Scanner App

Fusion Vision began as a card-scanning brief, but the real product opportunity was helping collectors understand and manage ownership. I reframed the experience around asset value, movement, collection building, and portfolio tracking. The card detail prioritizes name, value, and change, while deeper information stays secondary to keep scanning fast. Paywall timing follows demonstrated value instead of blocking the first result. Within a one-month sprint, I defined the information architecture, key states, high-fidelity interface, prototype behavior, and developer handoff, turning a one-off recognition utility into a production-ready product with a clearer reason to return.
