Kaan Radio — Live FM Radio Tuner

Kaan Radio is an iOS discovery product built around the least glamorous but most important part of live radio: reliability. I replaced dense station directories with a vertical, mood-aware listening flow that helps users reach the first playable stream quickly. Playback checks, fallback behavior, and visual continuity protect trust when third-party sources fail, while favorites, search, ambient tools, sleep controls, and premium access remain easy to understand. The work also considered stream ownership, App Store compliance, localization, performance, and launch hardening, treating invisible production systems as part of the user experience rather than separate technical concerns.
