LYRA — Adaptive AI Skincare Routine

LYRA is an AI skincare concept designed to make a scan useful beyond a single report. I connected daily scans, a clear Skin Score, routine layers, product swaps, and progress into an adaptive loop that helps users decide what to do next. The experience avoids medical claims and overconfident recommendations, using calm, explainable language to build trust. Instead of replacing an entire routine at once, users can understand and improve one layer at a time. I shaped the onboarding, scan-to-score flow, product model, subscription direction, and high-fidelity prototype for testing and pre-launch product positioning.
