ROXI — AI Photo & Video Generator

ROXI is an iOS AI creation app that turns selfies into stylized photos and videos through a template-first flow. I shaped an ambiguous MVP into a production-ready system covering discovery, output selection, generation, subscription access, local history, and result sharing. The experience keeps model complexity in the background and makes every template a clear promise before users invest time or money. Paywall timing, entitlement states, analytics, localization, and App Store language were considered alongside the interface so the product could move beyond polished screens and support a credible TestFlight release.
